I lead on communications and engagement for an ERP implementation programme including IFS and Dayforce for a research and development company with over 800 employees. I work within the change function in the programme team and developed a communications strategy into an actionable plan. I have organised programme wide events for 100 people to improve knowledge and engagement with the programme.I have lead and analysed change impact assessments to maximise positive impacts of change.

Project Manager involved in the planning and development for the implementation of Workday for over 1000 HR representatives.

Managing People Data: I created an end to end people process to maintain people data. This system is fundamental to inform finance meetings and people reporting to the senior leadership team. I provided assurance on headcount restrictions and recruitment ensuring they go through the correct approval process in line with central HR.Improving Capability: I created a capability plan and launched to upskill individual’s technical knowledge and soft skills. I formed relationships with the central L&D teams across department to ensure capability work is to an aligned, high standard. I create a bi-weekly newsletter outlining successes and learning and development opportunities. I provided learning sessions on Miro, slido and canva. I have launched a skill leader initiative to bring awareness to the expertise across our directorates.Project Management: I organised away days across my directorate (40 people) and my organisation (200 people). I planned and facilitated events including organisation of external venues, creating an effective communication campaign for the event and presenting activities. I was a skill leader for away day planning which involved task level coaching on event planning and being a go-to person for planning events.

I supported an organisational change programme to create, implement and mobilise a new organisational design for the Rail Infrastructure Group.Organisational Design: Supported on the Organisational Design and Workforce Planning strategy including headcount allocations, diversity and inclusion, change impact. Portfolio Management: Supported the design and mobilization of a new Portfolio Management office (headcount of 40 people). Provided support on the design of aims, objectives and structure. I created organograms of 5 directorates and maintained confidential impact assessments.Capability: I led a project to bring clarity to the roles and responsibilities and relationship between the DfT and Network Rail. I initiated and lead focus interviews with internal and external stakeholders. I created and facilitated workshops with sponsor teams to test my findings. I created and launched a guidance on sponsorship within my organisation. I organised, designed and lead the creation of a video between the Director General of Rail Infrastructure Group and CEO of Network Rail to encourage a 'safe to challenge' culture.
