Vp Business Development - Strategic Growth
Current- Develop new and existing opportunities to drive strategic growth to Plusgrade portfolio based on a value matrix that we established - Identifies, develops, and maintain relationships with our targeted strategic accounts executivesResponsible for senior level engagement with our largest global opportunities in different verticals- Partner with our Labs team on new blue ocean opportunities - Elevate the Plusgrade "voice" through helping build a department wide best practice around engaging and closing deals at the highest levels among all our sales territories and targets- Collaborate with our COO to develop census budgets/P&L and provides support in creating sales plans to plan for budgets- Work with the different teams within Plusgrade to reflect on recent trends, market needs and help with the product roadmap for the short and long term- Support, mentor, empower and train our team members. Guide and evaluate their professional development- Work with our Engineering, PMO and Partner Success teams on our Contract-to-Cash process, to have optimal outcome- Develop and execute a blue ocean strategy, where Plusgrade tap into new verticals.
