A dual role, my task was to drive creative and strategic excellence across all our core services, including brand identity, brand positioning, NPD strategy and naming, media strategy, TOV, social content and campaign planning. Since joining, the agency acquired significant blue-chip clients and expanded our creative services.

During the start of the COVID outbreak, I worked with HERO Sydney remotely from Melbourne in an off-hours role to advise and assist across a number of their key clients and in-progress creative campaigns. This was an advisory/consultative role. An Effie was won for Menulog.

Reporting directly into the Chief Creative Officer for Deloitte Digital APAC, my role was to assist in establishment of Deloitte’s new creative services across advertising, brand and media. This role was a wide mix of creative, strategic and operational responsibilities, including brand planning, ideationworkshops, concept development, production management, and in-house creative consulting for client-side studios.

A full-service creative & media agency, my role was to establish a social media department at McCann, lead all creative, strategy and media implementation across social and digital channels. I managed a diverse team consisting of Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Strategists. By 2017 we were the most awarded agency at WARC for both social and content effectiveness.

Originally inducted as part of the Clemenger Graduate Program in 2012 I was quickly identified as a creative joining the newly formed social content department. This creative and content creation role naturally shifted to include content strategy and communications planning.

This post-production focused role included organising and managing production shoots, directing talent, editing various television commercials and motion graphic / 2D animation work for large and local brands.
