During my work at inventory accounting department my main activity was implementation of information system for inventory management (GOLD) on Bulgarian market. During this time, my main tasks included transferring knowledge from Slovenian to Bulgarian market, educating and controlling employees in Bulgaria as well as analyzing Bulgarian business environment from accounting aspect. Additionally during my work in accounting department, I had great opportunity to analyze accounting processes in one of the biggest companies in the region of Balkan.

During my short stay at strategic finance department, I had opportunity to cooperate in the process of creation and analyses of loan contracts, analyses of financial risks, ownership structure, liquidity of wholesale customers and managing accounts receivable. Additionally, based on analyses of financial markets I was preparing reports for internal and external purposes.

My first tasks in controlling and internal audit department were in the quite interesting and demanding field of new investment projects valuation. Later on, I was incorporated in the processes of annual and monthly reporting and analyses of business performance of companies in the Group, preparation of annual report, preparation of annual plan, preparation of benchmark analyses, as well overall business risk analyses. During my work in controlling and internal audit department, while working on quite diversified projects, I obtained knowledge from various fields of business and realized importance of interconnections and adjustability for success of overall business performance.
