Sr. Employee Relations Investigator (Eeo & Workplace Conduct)
Current- Conduct intake interviews of Port of Seattle employees and external sources who report concerns or potential violations of the Port’s Code of Conduct and other policies.
- Document intake information and provide oral briefings to the Workplace Responsibility Senior Manager as well as the review team to identify and appropriately escalate serious issues and concerns requiring immediate.
- Conduct preliminary fact finding interviews and complex investigations of reported concerns of the code of conduct.
- Plan and conduct full investigations of reported ethics violations to include but not limited to conflict of interest, inappropriate use of position and public resources. Interpret internal Port polices and relevant.
- Analyze complaint data identifying trends and statistics.

Strategic Hr Advisor (Employee & Labor Relations)
