Overseeing the daily operations of a photography studio including:- Liaising between photographers, videographers and clients- Staff payroll check and allocation - Meeting sales target and monthly/annually KPI- Building ongoing relationships with clients and creating customised packages for each wedding- Translating for international clients in/from China (Mandarin speaking clients)- Developing marketing strategies for projects, including company website and social media.- Sales and marketing implementation, analysing sales data to determine campaign efficiency - Organising marketing events such as the Wedding Expo

- Communication with the business development team in regards to clients requests.- Filtering candidates resumes.- Phone screen candidates to filter qualified candidates for interview session- Onboard candidates with reference checks- Creating contract and assisting onboard candidates with induction
