IMPORT & EXPORT STAFF From: 8/2013-8/2015Asahi Intecc Hanoi, Co Ltd (Add: Plot G3, Thang Long Industrial Park)Export Segment Receive and process Export request from the production control department. Issue invoice & packing list, shipping advice on the unique system of company. Contact with forwarders & transportation agency for having shipment’s booking. Provide shipment’s documents for forwarders for customs clearance. Control and contact with forwarders about shipment condition. Prepare full set of documents for application of C/O at VCCI& Ministry of industry & trade.Import Segment Receive shipping documents from exporters and make import customs clearance. Take charge of obtaining chemical import license & declaration for chemical shipments. Control all shipment condition to inform information to related groups.
