Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Current** Formerly Four Winds Interactive**- Collaborate closely with sales executives, prospects and client contacts ranging from system administrators, end-users to C-Level leadership to understand needs and business objectives, leveraging my technical acumen to craft compelling and tailored solutions that align with their requirements.- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales engagements, conducting in-depth product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value of our software solutions to prospective clients.- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to provide critical feedback from clients, contributing to the refinement of our product roadmap and the development of new features and functionalities.- Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of our products, enabling them to communicate effectively with clients and prospects.- In partnership with sales executives, reply to RFIs/RFPs with appropriate level of business and technical depth depending on client/prospect organization- Develop, as needed, supplemental products/solution documentation- In partnership with Sales, proactively track and manage prospect/client product/security evaluation process
