I`ve started to work in the real estate busines 10 years ago, at the same time I`ve stared my education. During the firts two years,, I rented office and retail spaces. Then I started selling aprtaments. In 2016, I was one of the ten percent who successfully passed the real estate appraiser exam, but I never practiced. After that, for almost four years I was engaged in the sale of investment plots. I established contacts with construction companies and investors. I participated in nearly eighty transactions, and also helped train new consultants. We are still friends with most clients and colleagues today. During this period I managed to learn a lot about both investments and urban planning procedures.
