I am an individual who has been interested in the Arts since Primary school, drawing, sketching cartoon/comic characters for leisure and occasionally joining school Art competitions. When I was in Secondary 5, I joined the Art Club where I did a painting of Marine life which was exhibited within the school compounds.In 2001, I enrolled myself into LaSalle-SIA College of the Arts, where during my foundation year, I learnt the basics of Fine Arts and Design. I eventually majored in Fashion Design where I obtained a Diploma in Design (Fashion Design) in 2005.To further explore other forms of Art and Creativity, I enrolled my self into The School of Make-up, where I obtained a Obtained Diploma in Professional Make-up and a Diploma in Fashion, Theatre & Media make-up (ITEC - International Therapy Examination Council), doing special effects make up (an interest I Developed in while I worked part time in Igor's the Main event - A Horror themed theatre Restaurant). I even joined a Hip Hop dance group for a brief period just to experience another form of Art.I joined Lianbee-Jeco in June of 2007 as a Product Designer (Leathergoods) where although similar, is still on some level, different from designing apparels during my course in LaSalle-SIA. In LianBee-Jeco, I also use Adobe illustrator as a main medium to illustrate my technical drawings as well and create graphic patterns to print on materials. I then joined UNIQ Creation Pte Ltd at the end of 2018 in charge of Product Design & Brand Development. Where In 2019 I was given the opportunity to make a career switch into Creative: designing packaging, product photography, editing visuals and editing videos for social media marketing, under the guidance of the Creative Director.Other than sketching cartoon/comic characters for Leisure, my hobbies also include Caricature, still life drawing and also creating desktop wallpapers of favourite game or tv series characters using Adobe Photoshop.
