Also in charge of the centralised ServiceDesk (outsourced service).* Responsible for the Workplace environment, its daily operations and procurement of hardware/software and support for approx. 2000 users.The Workplace environment includes user- and rights-management, pc & laptop support, mobility (MDM), multimedia, printers and MFD's.* Manage and coördinate workplace projects (software rollouts, migrations, ...)

* Teamlead to +- 20 OnSite Support Engineers (both internal and external contractors) across 8 locations in the Benelux since 2014.* Responsible for workplace operations and support for approx. 3000 users.* Managing and coördinating workplace infrastructure projects (rollouts, migrations, ...)* Primary contact to the ServiceDesk supplier, ensuring that the customers needs are met.* 2015 : Benelux coördinator regarding the MaterialScience carve-out ( 3 locations) in the Workplace area. Ensuring operational readyness after carve-out on "Day 1" for OnSite Support. Setting up a new remote ServiceDesk for both resulting companies.
