Within the last few decades, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most efficient & resilient talent in their respective industries. Early on, the hospitality & freight forwarding industries, helped me understand the true meaning of work ethic, reliable communication & transparency. These experiences allowed for a dynamic versatility to be engrained within me. One where efficiency, multi-tasking & handling high volume workloads is all in a day’s work. Prioritizing the objective & going above & beyond is simply part of the process. Over the course of time, I was granted an opportunity to partake in a role within the cruise industry. Fortunately, they had established a reputable brand that exemplified a purpose driven culture. This allowed for my personal development & helped me surpass many obstacles with clients/co-workers from all walks of life. Keeping mindful of the company’s business strategy objectives while also sustaining efficiency to provide a positive, memorable client experience was vital in my development as a Personal Cruise Consultant. During my last year of tenure & navigating uncharted waters since the early 2020’s, I was fortunate enough to generate over $1M+ in cruise sales. Providing available resources to clients while adapting to the daily modifications within international policies, helped shape & structure my general outlook towards the future. Most recently, I am looking to further develop my career within the cruise industry. Continuing my effort to support this space and help sustain a profitable work environment.
