Century Global Commodities is a TSX-listed junior mining company focused on iron ore mines in Canada. The Company is focused on acquiring mining projects and investing in publicly-traded mining equities.• Manages a team of two to four mining engineers and financial analysts to produce investment recommendations for senior leadership by performing asset and equity research, drafting investment memos and valuation reports; • Oversees business and asset valuations using the discounted cash flow approach, comparable trading and transaction multiples methods to arrive at value indicators of potential investments;• Responsible for the top-down market and economic analysis of various precious, base and battery metal markets globally to identify target investment markets; • Leads financial/legal due diligence of potential investments by coordinating in-house and third-party reviews;• Manages a $10M mining investment portfolio focused on publicly-traded metals producers; • Responsible for creating and delivering communications and materials to investors including management discussion reports, marketing presentations and responses to investor inquiries; and• Experience dealing with stock exchanges with respect to marketing, listing, maintenance and spin-out.

Grand River Properties is an opportunistic private equity fund focused on real estate investments with a portfolio that includes five-star hotels, residential developments and offices in China and the United Kingdom. • Responsible for creating presentation materials, investment memorandums and valuation reports for potential real estate and equity investment opportunities; • Created and reviewed financial models, sensitivity and scenario analysis of potential real estate investments; • Performed bottoms-up valuations of potential investments using various approaches including discounted cash flow, comparable trading and transaction multiples, cost build-up and income methods;• Performed site visits and location surveys on target and comparable properties to gain an in-depth understanding of proximity to landmarks, product quality, footfall, overall area quality and other factors;• Sourced prospective real estate investment opportunities in line with the firm’s investment criteria by maintaining relationships with brokers and research analysts; • Researched and stayed current on covered publicly traded developers to assess market-driven NAVs in search of undervalued firms using a proprietary valuation database; and• Responsible for creating and maintaining a company valuations database of publicly-traded real estate firms listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and• Created marketing materials for prospective investors and existing investors.
