I am responsible for the entire customer journey at dinahosting.com, from the first contact to after sales support. To achieve and maintain the current base of 300,000 users some of my tasks have been:- Scaling the team from 7 to 63 people.- Participate in the hiring process of new staff.- Designing the onboarding protocol for new technicians.- Achieve and maintain a 98% customer satisfaction rate.- Design most of the department's operations and workflows.- Establish, review and update OKRs and KPIs for all teams.- Implement a customer-centric vision throughout the company.- Expand the company's catalog and product features through customer feedback.- Lead omnichannel contact center technology upgrade project twice.- Move the entire customer service infrastructure to a remote working system.

UVigo and UDC mantain and develop an university master for teach integrated project management (mdip.es). I collaborate in this degree teaching IT project managent, and focusing the contents in agile methods (mainly, Scrum).

I am part of the Galicia Business School's faculty. My subject provides notions about marketing projects management and website optimization. Both technical and sales perspectives.

I'm part of the teachers group for EscuelaIT.Through this entity I share my knowledge about payment systems for the main ecommerce plugin for WordPress: WooCommerce.I also teach about Elementor, one of the main visual builders for this CMS.
