Current• Working with Business Units to develop call script for relevant products for call back exercise. • Filing ORE cases internally and on regulator platform. • Highlight negative response to Service Transformation, branches and sales channels so that rectifications may be performed on timely basis by the relevant stakeholder • Prepare negative response statistics to relevant stakeholders to understand the negative response trend for purpose of improvement or coaching. • Perform validation on calls made by the DCI Roll-Over Desk to ensure customer’s consent has been obtained for the roll-over investment. • Prepared several reports and data to relevant department and/for BNM submission.• Dealing with vendor for Mystery Shopping project and prepare relevant trend analysis report to stakeholders in order to align with Fair Dealing.
