I work full time as a Machine Learning Researcher in the Research and Development Center in Telecommunications(CPQD). I have been working in several projects in areas of Health, Agriculture. Recently I have been leading a team with graduate interns in projects such as TDAH diagnostics and Johnson & Johnson clients Churn prediction.I also work in a project of AIOT for predicting sleep disturbs and other diseases from wearable devices in a large population.

I have worked on projects with the partnership of PUC-Rio and BTG with a team of specialists from both sides, in the development of a Purchase Classifier, Consume Forecasting and Knowledge Extraction from consumer data. - For the Purchase Classifier we developed a machine learning model that automatically classifies consumer transactions, improving the user experience with the mobile application.-For the Consumer Forecasting we researched and developed methods to predict consumer consumption with time series modelling methods and representation learning. -For Knowledge Extraction we built taxonomy trees from data of users to gain deep insight in their lifestyle and consumption pattern. As a Graduate student at UFMA, I have worked on many projects at the LSDi laboratory for distributed systems and artificial intelligence research. The main focus of the research was EEG(Electroencephalogram), where I worked on developing neural networks for sleep disorder classification. Another focus was gaming research, wherein in one project I have developed and published a fighting game AI using Reinforcement Learning and Planning.
