After a 3 months secondment exploring LLM (Large Language Models) potential for job search, I was offered a permanent contract in AIPS (Artificial Intelligence and Platform Services) Search team and working on improving search relevance to help jobseekers find their next best fit job, and help companies find talent.

Areas of responsibilities include: - Manage a distributed multicultural team of 10-12 people including 6-8 junior engineers (hiring, skills assessment, performance management, coaching, etc.)- Operations Support / Coordination - Daily Aggregation Operations management of all Jora content (coverage and quality of websites and feeds Jora crawl); design reporting tools and implement processes to detect and address issues - Define and implement "Crawling at Scale" strategy across 25 markets - Sales Support (multiple paid campaigns across ~20 markets) - Identify and implement efficiencies across our use of tools, processes and practices - Report back to Operations team on product features / bugs prioritisation status - Pre-prioritise tasks to be raised with product with enough data to help informed decisions - Point of contact and represent Jora Operations at different forums in Jora / broader SEEK- Change management. Teaching intensive beginners French course to adults for immigration purposes, helping students achieve A1 level in 32 hours instead of 80 (high percentage of success in TCF results)
