Focused primarily on the delivery of lean principles, problem solving and culture change. Typical programs include; 8D Problem Solving, RCA Tools, Lean Foundation Tools (5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, 8 Wastes, PDCA), Value Stream & Process Mapping, Line Balancing, SMED, TPM, Facilitation Skills. Working with blue chip companies including BMW (inc' Rolls-Royce Motor Cars), Bentley Motors, Siemens, Rolls-Royce Aerospace, Mercedes F1, Red Bull Racing & Technologies (F1), Dyson, Jaguar Land Rover and Marks & Spencer.

Continuous Improvement Manager at IAC Group - a Global Tier 1 supplier to leading OEMs including Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota & GM. With responsibility for improving KPIs within both operations and the support functions of the business through the application of Toyota Production System methodologies. Specializing in training & developing people and leading culture change through the Kaizen process delivering sustainable proven results directly reflected on the P&L of the Plant. Relentless facilitation of cross functional Kaizen events (SWIP events) involving IAC employees, suppliers and customers. Kaizen events include the application of lean methodologies such as; SMED, Line Balancing / Yamazumi, Kanban implementation, 5S, Visual Management, TPM, Level production, Practical Problem Solving. Having achieved a 30% average reduction in tool change times across the whole Injection Moulding machine shop as result of SMED Kaizen events, our associated SMED Visual Management process was selected as Best Practice and subsequently rolled out as standard practice across the organisation.

UK Lean & Continuous Improvement Manager for all 5 IAC manufacturing facilities in the UK region. Reporting to the European Lean Director and UK VP of Operations. Responsibility for deployment of the IAC lean production system and the continuous improvement road maps aligned to year on year 3% COGS cost reduction targets. To support the lean deployment process I delivered Train the Trainer & Presentation Skills workshops to over 50 leaders within the business along with raising lean capabilities from shop-floor to senior leadership levels.
