I have a musical background which includes a number of years in a band, knowledge of the music industry & its current state, and music theory. I graduated from Purchase College in the spring of 2012 with a B.A. in Economics.I am good with numbers, display a great amount of professionalism and integrity, show interpersonal skills and social skills, mostly computer literate on both platforms, and I am a fast-learner.I have dealt with paperwork concerning performance contracts and purchase orders as well as budget management as Treasurer of SUNY Purchase's Hip Hop Club for two consecutive years. During that time, the club was able to throw special events and regular meetings without overspending the budget.I also had experience in promoting events and parties using Adobe Photoshop to create flyers and posters as Public Relations General on SUNY Purchase's Latinos Unidos for one year. It taught me to how to be proactive, as well as being attentive to detail and promoting the organization at a high regard.I have worked temporarily in places like GE and Columbia University, and I've been working as an Eligibility Maintenance Processor at Amalgamated Life for the past ten years. I am also in school part-time working on a Cybersecurity degree at Western Governors University. Outside of that, I've been working heavily on a hip-hop/science fiction literary saga for the past 20+ years. While I take my time finishing this long-awaited creation, for the last two years and some change I've been handling the Twitter account for The Jobber Tears Podcast, a podcast that talks about everything going on in wrestling and pop culture. Now, I'm on a mission to not only finish my passion project, but also network with other individuals within the music, television and cinematic industries. The purpose of such is because I feel that I have such a creative mind to not only tell stories but to expand horizons no one has been before.I am currently looking for a job that will further my professional development in the upward directions. I'm learning to grow, adapt and plug into any industry in need of my services.
