Originally from Indiana, I have spent most of my career based out of New York /Miami. I have experience in partnerships, media, marketing, sales, client account and project management, as well as branding, event planning + advertising. Each position and company has provided me a different opportunity for exposure to all of the "elements". I enjoyed being a part of implementing systems, growing relationships and creating community. I have gained these skills across many fields, ranging from automotive and fashion to regenerative medical technologies. I am also a CORE certified Pilates instructor that deeply appreciates movement. I am able to utilize my culinary experiences and plant based nutrition knowledge to help me to better understand the whole human. My experience in hydroponic farming has grown my love for wellness in a way I never expected. Sustainability is the future!! I believe my evolving skills and range of knowledge coupled with the ability to connect with others, can provide the support and growth necessary for success.
