As a Master of Business Analytics graduate from Deakin University, I have developed a strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. I have applied these skills in various projects and programs, both academic and professional, to deliver insights and solutions that support business goals and decisions.Most recently, I worked as a Business Analyst at UKG, a leading provider of HR solutions and services, where I helped the head of the Sales team with the project Sales Territories FY23, focusing on Indian and French accounts. I was responsible for extracting and transforming data from different sources, applying rules and balancing territories, and creating dashboards to represent and communicate data effectively. I also have experience in digital marketing and modelling, KPI tracking, and complex problem solving, which I gained from my previous roles as a Customer Service | Retail Assistant at Dan Murphy's and a PMO Analyst | Administrator at Career Insight. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities. I have completed a Professional Year of Information Technology, as well as multiple certifications in data analysis and BI. I also have strong IT, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as user experience analysis and data management competencies.
