I believe that people can be more than they are. My mission is to help them realise it.My quest for self-improvement began early in life, becoming an obsession as I drowned myself in it during my early twenties whilst studying business. Rapidly morphing to be less ‘self’, and more ‘help’ focused, my poor friends would almost pay for me to stop offering unsolicited solutions for all their problems. A second degree, a Masters in Functional Medicine, twenty years on, and my thirst for knowledge of all things health has yet to be sated. The difference now is that my journey has come full circle. From knowing early in life that business is in my bones, to taking a two decade side quest in learning about health and applying it to my patients, to now being back to a primary focus on business. I now spend most of my time nurturing my people to help others optimise their health
