As a member of the Michigan Data Science Team, I learn about and employ data analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems within different project teams. Projects include work from analyzing large data sets, training bots to assess data and identify patterns, and data cleaning, which was my primary focus last semester.

As an investment team lead, I spend my time evaluating the financial performance, market trends, and strategic positioning of companies planning on going public. My focus is on developing a strong understanding of investment strategies, risk management, and market dynamics in order to make informed portfolio-management decisions about IPO's and early stage investments.

Work on Economic Equity committee to research, analyze, and report of issues of economic inequality within the state of michigan, with a particular focus in Ann Arbor, Our team analyzes financial data, evaluates policy, and works to draft and propose solutions aimed at reducing disparities and promoting economic equity. I have primarily focused on conducting research and financial analysis on the topic rent and housing affordability in the Ann Arbor area.

Worked closely with the Product Solutions and Development team, employing data analysis tools like Excel and SQL to analyze of four years worth of historical Programmatic advertising data from over 1,500 campaigns. Using the data to identify trends and highlight insights, I developed a set of standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that were associated with each campaign to create benchmark campaign metrics and drive data-informed decision-making within the ad operations and sales teams. I also collaborated with the Account Management team to design and implement a dynamic dashboard for monitoring and visualizing KPI metrics across past and ongoin campaigns, improving campaign performance tracking and enabling the team to set more realistic and achievable campaign goals.

As an operations team leader, I successfully led a group of eight crew members in producing monthly banquet event orders, collaborating closely with local venue management to set up and break down both public and private events. These events generated over $1.2 million in revenue. I worked directly with operations management, coordinating logistics with 13 vendors, 2 construction teams, and 5 sponsorship representatives over a 4-week period to organize the hospitality operations of the 2023 Rocket Mortgage Classic golf tournament. This event grossed over $2.5 million in public concessions and private hospitality sales. Additionally, I interacted directly with customers, utilizing strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve complaints and ensure a positive experience by leveraging my knowledge of company services to meet their needs effectively.
