I am currently a freelance Cinematographer based in Los Osos, California and the San Francisco Bay Area. I work for a variety of clients in the U.S. and internationally, ranging from Stanford University to the Global Heritage Fund. At Stanford University, I was Associate Director for Broadcast, annually producing 100 videos a year for the News Service Website. I helped create the Orange County News Channel, where I was News Director, and worked for Entertainment Tonight in Hollywood. I also was consultant and agent. Before returning to California from New York, I was at CBS news as Director of Recruitment, assistant bureau chief for the Dallas Bureau, Senior Producer for the Weekend News and for a producer at Special Events. My 15 minutes of fame include shooting the photos of the Kennedy car in the water and breaking the Chappaquiddick story in 1969. My teaching experience includes three years at the University of Missouri School of Journalism, as news director of KBIA radio and KMOU-TV and five years as an adjunct professor at the Columbia School of Journalism in New York.Specialties: Video camera, production, writing and editing and consulting. onsulting.
