I was responsible for and involved in all phases of the product lifecycle of an Android/iOS application, from release planning and scoping to the development of new features, defect triage, release management, and production support. This app was for a Fortune 500 client, garnering 127 million global downloads. My work included developing a complex and interactive front-end using Swift, Kotlin, Java, and implementing the MVVM design pattern. My daily activities encompassed agile methodology, conducting meetings, using Jira and Confluence for collaboration, and participating in peer review sessions and pair programming. I also played a pivotal role in creating detailed release notes and adhering to strict coding standards.

Produced and played months worth of music at an overcrowded bar successfully eliminating stress and anxiety from burnt-out college students - also learned various audio techniques and concepts such as: gain/loudness staging, frequency ranges, dynamics, and pitch. Showed initiative by engaging an arbitrary crowd of bar patrons in the singing of "Happy Birthday", earning myself the colloquial title of "The birthday guy".

During my internship, I focused on enhancing user interfaces and software reliability for an embedded medical device. I developed a real-time, low-latency, event-driven GUI utilizing Win 32 API and C/C++. My work also involved strengthening a C++ testing application by introducing new debugging features. Additionally, I implemented multithreading algorithms with synchronization mechanisms to ensure safe, shared access to local data.
