I have had an incredible four years as an undergraduate studying Sports, Health, and Exercise Science with Business Studies at Brunel University. Throughout my studies, I developed a strong foundation in both the scientific and business aspects of the sports industry.During my placement year at HAND Technology, I expanded my skills in social media content creation and campaign management. I also gained valuable experience in email marketing and website SEO optimisation, to effectively engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.I am currently working as a Funetics Legacy Activator for England Athletics in Lewisham, where I have gained invaluable experience in programme and team leadership, strategic planning, and event management over the past 18 months. My role involves promoting athletics at the grassroots level and fostering community engagement through the innovative Funetics Legacy initiative.With a solid foundation in sports science and business studies, I am passionate about developing programmes that promote participation and provide everyone with the opportunity to adopt healthy habits for life through community health and fitness initiatives. I excel at building relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.As I approach the end of my role in December, I am excited to explore new opportunities to utilise my skills and build on my experience in sports development, project management, and community engagement.
