As I enter into my 37th year in the environmental field, I have experienced both the environmental health side as well as the public health side of this industry. In that time I have conducted nearly a thousand environmental assessments, both Phase I and II, compliance as well as overseen tank removals and other remedial actions such as pilot testing and VMS. I have conducted data evaluations including level 4. During current role as Program Manager I lead a team of 12 conducting telemetry and controls, remedial design, and VMS design and build. While in the role as a Health and Safety Officer I have created hundreds of HASPs and trained many in HAZWOPER and other applications.As a Fellow of the Institute of Hazardous Waste Management as well as Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) from 1992 through 2011 I have helped many companies with environmental compliance and served as an environmental trainer to Metro in Washington, D.C. through being a certified instructor for All American Environmental: teaching Environmental Compliance Officer Training. I am recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM) in Rockville, MD. In addition to performing inspections personally, I have easily reviewed at least that many more environmental reports through my years at FWA - Environmental, NMAS Environmental, EMG, Property Profiles, Inc. and Jackson Environmental Consulting. These projects have been nationwide. Additionally, I have conducted other training classes, done public speaking and been an expert environmental witness and am an expert in QAQC of data evaluation (Level 2 snd 4) as well as Sampling Analysis Plans, Quality Assurance and Permit Deconstruction as well as numerous Site Plan (SWPP, SPCC, Waste Management, SSHP and more)While working my small farm (to keep in great shape) I currently manage a start up team making huge impacts for Environmental Systems LLC a Division of Environmental Works, Inc where my team is a cutting group of hands on engineers and skill environmental technicians available to industry, land, and banking clients as well as a subcontractor to larger firms that need unique hands on design build and operations of systems and support for ongoing maintenance.
