I was in a sales role pushing the company forward in the market as the opportunities grow in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:• Visiting different properties to promote, present and sell pest control solutions• Make accurate, rapid and cost calculations using a specifically designed program and provide quotations whilst ensuring exceptional customer service• Handling objections from customers and influence the customer to buy• Increase revenue through identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities • Research existing competitors, products and industry trends that impact the buying decisions• Actively participate in team briefings and weekly meetings• Maximise own performance service levels by exceeding monthly targets at all times• Working on the marketing strategies of the company including improving current marketing material, twitter and events for current and new clientsKey Achievements:• Within my first year at the company I maintained my position as No. 2 salesman in the company• Secured a contract worth AED 500,000 also within the first year• Hit my annual target during my first year• I won numerous accounts from leads and also cold calling on a weekly basis

During my time at Kent Staff Services my main roles were dealing with the temporary staff & clients. I dealt with any day to day issues of the client for example staff not turning up and client needing more staff for production reasons. I also dealt with organising staff for the following day as requested by he client. This was a very tough job as the number of staff required for the factories changed on a day to day basis. I also had the role of organising the day to day transport for our staff. This included booking transport from external bus/coach companies and the booking of our internal drivers.
