The previous 7 years as a Business Analyst & Business Planning Manager has enabled me to become highly accomplished in strategic and business transformation.In my current role as a Business Planning Manager I play a key part in delivering the transformational change required to progress the Society towards its targets. My role shapes the change pipeline from areas across the business, in line with the Target Operating Model, Strategic Drivers and Purpose, and the overall Transformation Roadmap.
