Underwent a 12 month leadership training course through the University of Cambridge which focused on leadership styles, team management, self leadership, effective visioning and communication. Recieved funding to undertake a research project of my own design. Organised an ethnographic research project in Fiji investigating the intertwining of religious practice, tourism and land ownership in identity formation. Volunteered with Soillse Ecovillage Project gardens.

Sat on the 2023-2024 JCR committee for Trinity Hall. Weighed in on discussion with Master Mary Hockaday, and the college senior leadership body about the general running of the college, representing the wider undergraduate community. As "Ents" (Entertainment) President I led and managed all college undergraduate events. Across a calendar year I brought in total gross revenue of over £12,000 with over 1500 tickets sales. This represented a revitalised vision for Ents, which included working with graphic designers to rebrand subsequently leading to a huge increase in social media engagement and, mirroring that, large turnouts at our variety of events. Events included regular "Bops" (the largest turnout out of the college scene) with regular DJs and bands as well as club takeovers and themed formal halls. The standout, however, was the annual Trinity Hall Garden Party with over 500 attendees. I organised food stalls, bands, decorations, drinks, DJs and all the other facilities an event of this scale needs and managed a team of 12 on the day to execute a great and memorable occasion . The format of the role allowed for me to run Trinity Hall Ents as a small business. This creative and dynamic leadership role suited me greatly as demonstrated by my committee's success.

Worked in a small team to provide an employer with a letter of advice regarding the potential legal action to take due to an employee not doing their job during lockdown. Despite being my first experience providing legal advice, the document produced by our team was described as "outstanding".
