Covered deals include Outlier, LuckyChap, Field Trip, BrightStar, Patrick Moran, and Blossom Films, among others.• Manages team of 12 direct report coverage readers, including sourcing, onboarding, and day-to-day project assignment and personal management.• Drives IP acquisitions at the Studio, working closely with Business Affairs to advise on price point and other deal points, and working with creative development teams to lead creative conversation with authors on individual titles.• Built comprehensive scalable IP database from scratch. Owns maintenance and building new iterations on database to meet scaling team needs.

• Scouted books and literary IP for Anonymous Content’s TV studio team, management clients, first look producing deals (Liza Chasin, Anthony Bregman, Tony Krantz), and international joint-venture producing deals.• Brought in high volume of book manuscripts and other forms of IP via extensive network of contacts in the publishing world. Packaged books/IP with management clients and AC producers.• Maintained comprehensive database, tracking book submissions and competitive projects (50k titles+).

• Scouted books and literary IP for clients including Amblin, Universal TV, NBC, Cathy Schulman, Original Film, and Management 360.• Brought in book material via network of media rights/literary packaging agents, publishing agents, editors, and other publishing industry contacts. Wrote fast turnaround coverage on books and pitched to clients on a weekly basis.

Scouted and evaluated book material for both film and TV adaptation. Created self-directed tracking program, setting regular studio meetings with emerging/un-repped filmmakers based on the strength of short films, commercials, and other non-feature projects, with a special focus on diverse/underrepresented filmmakers. Coordinated post-production on feature films TULIP FEVER, LEAP!, and THE GUARDIAN BROTHERS, assisting creative editorial work and liaising with external vendors/internal technical departments. Composed development notes on all active TWC feature projects. Drafted director, writer, and talent grids. Assigned by senior executives to oversee TV miniseries project THE KIDNAPPING OF EDGARDO MORTARA. Worked directly with screenwriter and external producer to develop project from a feature script to four-episode TV treatment. Performed extensive archival research on behalf of screenwriter. Assisted in comprehensive film festival project tracking/screening during the Toronto, AFM, Tribeca, Cannes, Berlin, and Sundance Film Festivals. Reorganized TWC internship program. Responsible for hiring 10-12 intern candidates each semester (across multiple departments) from a large application pool. After dissolution of the company, worked with BA and production finance teams to create a comprehensive report of all development projects.
