As an Operations Associate I was responsible for the launch of a new Intensive Care Unit called Blake 12 ICU. This extraordinary experience allowed me to work with healthcare administrators, physicians, nurses, and support staff to create a highly efficient, well managed, and safe environment for critically ill patients and their families. In this ICU environment, change is inevitable, necessitating continuous training of colleagues and part-time staff to ensure the unit's successful performance. The need for time-sensitive problem solving, multi-tasking, and effective communications with different populations is a significant part of my current responsibilities. My compassion for the critically ill and proactive leadership resulted in my nomination for the coveted Anthony Kirvilaitis Partnership in Caring Award.

Planned and managed special events for 25 to 500 attendees including quarterly seminars, golf championships and fundraisers to maintain firm's community and business relations program.* Spearheaded the overhaul and redesign of client database, including the research and detailed information for potential business prospects.
