Jack joined Avison Young (Formerly GVA) in 2016 as a Graduate and over 8 years has progressed up to the position of Director within the Professional Advisory team. Jack has worked within the Energy Team based in the north west which supports the NDA Group and its subsidiaries by providing Strategic Advice across their property portfolio.This long held relationship and understanding of NDA Strategy, means that Jack is uniquely established as a trusted advisor and supply chain expert within the nuclear industry.Jack's experience includes:- Detailed understanding of operational requirements relating to off-site land.- In depth knowledge of NDA portfolio gained over 8 years of hands on experience.- Established customer contacts across the entire NDA group and at levels from the Executive Board members through to the operational workforce.- Trusted advisor status.- Partner to NDA Property Team in strategy development. Co-authored many reviews and strategy documentation including the development of the Strategic Land Management Working Group, land characterisation, site specific renewable energy opportunities etc.- Supported NDA in the delivery of BEIS Industrial Strategy – Provision of a site wide review for potential to support SMR/AMR development including siting assessment and potential land market value.
