As a retired law enforcement executive with over 28 years’ of spearheading large-scale public safety projects, implementing crime prevention strategies, and leading diverse teams, I built on a strong leadership background, people management and training skills, and strong relationship building expertise, to successfully drive numerous complex operations. I am a graduate of the FBINA session 268 and the Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command class 205. Throughout my career, I built and trained professional teams in myriad functional areas identifying team strengths and weaknesses to maximize performance. I also leveraged data analysis capabilities to ensure projects were consistently complete within budget constraints and on time. I have both developed and managed multimillion-dollar budgets as part of directing complex operations.Since 2021, I have continued my career in a number of industries. I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Nevada specializing in residential real estate. I am also an adjunct instructor with Texas Engineering and Extension (TEEX) and Texas A&M University system in the Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Through this program I have the privilege to teach students how to increase the resilience of their communities. I have maintained my connection with law enforcement through my work with the Fraternal Order of Police. I am currently the President for the Gene Altobella Lodge 3 and the Secretary for the Nevada State Lodge.
