Transferred to London Eye store, so I may continue working alongside my studies in London.

A role focused on creating a memorable experience for the guest. Working at the Build a Bear workshop in Windsor will allow me to further build on my confidence, customer service, and teamwork skills. Not only this but working in Windsor will allow me to understand the Tourism industry better as it is a tourist hotspot. Furthermore, I hope to work full-time during the summer to save up for study abroad in the United States.

Whilst working at Legoland Windsor Resort as a Retail Host as my first job, I gained extensive and valuable experience and knowledge of interacting with thousands of guests of all ages and backgrounds. Thanks to this, I was able to provide a high-quality level of customer service and guest experience, employing my product knowledge and confident communication skills. Working in such a fast-paced environment meant that I had to be swift with restocking items nonetheless taking careful consideration and attention to detail when displaying stock and making sure our clothing merchandise was appropriately arranged by size and adequately security tagged and price labelled.
