Current focus is social/digital media management, data analytics, SEO/SEM, omnichannel sales strategy & operations, and closeout/overstock inventory liquidation.I am a strategic communication, sales, and marketing professional with four+ years of corporate work experience and ten+ years of demonstrated passion for food. My foodie journey began at 14 years old when I attended the first Culinology®/Food Science vocational program in the United States at the nationally renowned, blue-ribbon school of excellence Bergen County Technical High School - Teterboro. By 18, I became a NOCTI Commercial Foods certified, classically French-trained chef with scientific prowess in nutrition, food chemistry, and food microbiology. During my undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, I explored my professional interests in videography, social media, and brand communications and later combined these with my love for food as a Communications Specialist for the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, amongst several other internships. I further honed my digital/social media and marketing capabilities as a University of Delaware master's student in their accredited Strategic Communications graduate program. In my corporate career, I am adept in project management, multitasking, relationship building, and marketing communications. My personal mantra is to “never stop learning”, and of course to celebrate hard work with good friends and good food!
