Cross-functional role in eCommerce and Human Resources departments.ECOMMERCE:-Assesses sales data for alternate channels and ecommerce and evaluates performance against KPIs while identifying trends at the channel, customer, brand, category, and item level using Excel and Power BI.-Project manages company website development and maintenance, communicating portfolio of 1000+ unique specialty/CPG products from 50+ food and beverage brands, both international and domestic.-Manages media, strategy, and operations of direct-to-consumer Shopify site.-Manages relationship with digital agency, acting as a liaison for the company.-Assesses YTD eCommerce sales versus forecasts for key accounts, informing pivots in selling strategy as needed.-Pitches to new ecommerce accounts, assists on-boarding of customers, and supports customer relationship management efforts.-Facilitates closeout/overstock liquidation in customer-facing capacity, working to optimize recovery of COGS through strategic sales.HUMAN RESOURCES:-Leads corporate communications and several people-centric programs including training and development, employee recognition, physical fitness incentive, and French language program.-Assists in the development of intentional company culture and updates policy to reflect current federal/state laws and business needs.-Facilitates goal setting, development planning, and year-end assessments. -Analyzes people data such as demographics, talent acquisition, and talent assessment for yearly talent organizational review process reviewed by company officers, extended leadership team, and board of directors.-Leads a new social and digital media presence to support recruitment efforts, communicate life at the company.-Develops diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging initiatives, and prepares for Affirmative Action and EEO-1 filing planning.

COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES & DELAWARE COOPERATIVE EXTENSION-Input into strategy for social media marketing, inclusive of channel strategy, campaign activation, and evaluation.-Lead production of all video advertising for the college's official youtube, social media, and website channels.-Communicated college's programs, personnel, events, and opportunities targeting prospective students on socials.
