It is incredibly rewarding to play a role in helping smart people to accomplish great things, and I am grateful for a career that has allowed me to do that in a wide range of scenarios.From public relations to business operations to marketing to customer service, many of the challenges people face seem overwhelming when they occur, but most situations can be improved by systematically developing a better understanding of the key factors and communicating effectively with the right groups. Over the years, dealing with change has been one of the most frequent challenges that led people to ask for my help.
