His background is within the Organisational Development (OD) field, specialising in leadership development, culture change & team effectiveness. He has Board level & international experience, having provided HR & learning development solutions within North America, Middle East, Africa and Europe. Jack served as an Executive Officer in the Royal Navy before entering management & leadership development as Partner with OD consultancy Qudos UK. Clients included Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals, UniChem Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Defence, NHS and government organisations. He became HR/Business Director with Coutts, working in the Information Services sector and was involved in OD/change initiatives and mergers across the Group. In 2004, he joined Henley Business School as Executive Fellow within the Leadership, Change & HR Faculty and was Client Director within Corporate Learning, responsible for IBM EMEA and delivered Executive Development Programmes for clients such as Vodafone, ABB & Ford. As Director of Pelorus Consulting, he has worked with Lloyds of London, Coutts & Co, Google, NBC Universal, BAe, Bain Consulting, Ordnance Survey, Goodwood and Roche Pharmaceuticals. He is Visiting Fellow at Sussex, Southampton & Henley Business Schools, member of the American Psychological Society, founding member of the UK Association for Business Psychologists, chartered member of the UK Institute of Personnel and Development.
