• The core responsibilities of this role are to oversee and develop several major accounts across the business. Key accounts included customers from Manufacturing, Leasing, Rental and Corporate Sectors.
• Ensuring that all stakeholders of each account are receiving the optimum level of service, whilst working closely with them to establish and maintain best practice throughout the service offering.
• Consistent monitoring, analysis and evaluation of bespoke KPI’s for each individual client in line with contractual agreements.
• Operational liaison with all SMH sites nationwide, seeking continuous improvement through regular two-way communication channels being established.
• Monthly face-to-face customer reviews and site visits to discuss challenges, queries and potential opportunities with clients whilst continually developing accounts to maximise potential share of wallet.

• Managing the MMUK Fleet Services Account, the role included a diverse range of tasks which demanded cross-departmental liaison with all internal colleagues whilst ensuring the very best customer service was being.
• Mazda PR and Marketing Events: Working alongside the respective MMUK departments to support and deliver on project briefs. Examples include Goodwood Festival of Speed and Comic Relief.
• Management of MMUK ECOS Car Scheme: Responsible for the logistics, refurbishment, rotation and administration of the Mazda Purchase Scheme.
• Budgeting and Financial Responsibilities: Managing financial and volume forecasts for the MMUK captive fleet, working alongside the Sales and Finance teams to ensure accuracy.

The position involved being exposed to the three main departments within SMH; Logistics, Technical Operations and Customer Care to kickstart my learning journey. The role soon evolved into taking on the management of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Account and developing a range of skills whilst managing a busy team of full time and contracted staff.
