Whilst working for Eon my main job was collecting accurate readings from customers for their electric and gas meters across multiple postcodes. I also volunteered to partake in project work which involved travelling across London and other cities the UK to carry out surveys for incorrectly assigned meters.For around 8 months I was also involved in a trial to promote smart meter technology and engage with customers who hadn't responded to offers for an exchange.I was expected to be able to deal with all of our customers in a respectful and understanding way by answering all questions in a polite and helpful manor, in order to help sustain good relations between company and customer. This was primarily individual work so route planning and time management was key in order to achieve my targets.

Direct Trade UK was a small family run business aimed primarily at supplying wholesale products to the construction industry. This requires me to have a broad awareness of the industry and associated products. It had since diversified and offered an in-house embroidery and print service. As production manager, my daily tasks differed greatly from recreating customer artwork using computer based software, to researching ways of expanding the business further such as canvas assembling, promotional products and leading advertisement campaigns. I predominantly spent my day manufacturing bespoke orders for printed and embroidered work-wear. This entailed working closely with customers to ensure successful personalization of products. Other day to day tasks consisted of working directly with suppliers to negotiate deals, contacting new and existing customers to generate more business and organising relevant paperwork for all orders. These duties allowed me to enhance my sales experience and build on customer relations. During my employment I have developed a comprehensive knowledge of textiles and media, strengthened my customer service skills and heightened my management expertise by training and tutoring several members of staff.

This was an endeavour which embraced my hobby and passion for music. I specialized in events organisation for milestone birthdays, stag & hen do's, engagements, weddings & all other minor or major celebrations. With over 10 years of experience as a DJ, I offered a full DJ set-up including a wide range of music genres as well as lighting and effects, with access to Marquee & light scaffolding upon request. All work comprised of working closely with each client to make parties unique and enjoyable.

Temporary Christmas placement. My duties included cashiering, restocking various sections of the store and checking in deliveries to the warehouse. Worked flexible hours including Christmas eve and new years day.

Initially a work experience placement, my impressive performance led to Saturday work & school holiday work when available. I was expected to acquire a widespread knowledge of sports & first aid products. I was taught how to use heat press technology which was used to press assorted types of sports clothing, notably junior football clubs based in London. I was also educated in creating numerous trophies & medals for sports achievements & award ceremonies. My duties also included collating first aid kits for use in the sports industry, checking in deliveries and stock taking.
