Responsible for the overall collection activities of the organization for Personal, Agricultural and Commercial lending by issuing demand(s) for payment, asset recovery, foreclosure of real property, make write off recommendations, and/or initiate legal action. Prepare for court proceedings in both Small Claims and Court of Queens Bench and to represent the credit union in any legal or mediation activities including Farm Debt Mediation. Manage Bankruptcy Claims and Consumer Proposals. Collaborate with Account Representatives to arrange collection and compete information to identify member's financial situation, asses repayment potential, and determine appropriate course of action.

Responsible for the overall collection direction and coordination of all branch operations and activities including initiating, approving and recommending Consumer and Residential Mortgage, Agricultural, and Commercial Lending within clearly defined policies and procedures. Oversaw the supervision of all branch staff. Maintained proper security procedures, interpreted and initiated action to improve adherence to the established Credit Union policies and procedures.
