As a content developer and coordinator at Ralph Appelbaum Associates, I served as the primary liaison between the RAA exhibits team and the museum client or client group in the exhibit design and development process. Primary responsibilities included:- Developed and maintained project exhibit databases, information organization, project directories, and project processes for all phases of a given project.- Engaged with museum clients to research and cull - or build - museum collections for visual assets and artifacts for inaugural exhibits or a museum-wide opening- Collaborated with in-house content staff and museum clients to develop and produce written and visual project collateral such as visualized concept studies, fundraising materials for clients, and content for project websites- Developed project narrative walkthroughs and content matrices, as well as exhibit narratives, script outlines and media treatments- Collaborated with in-house graphic and 3D design team members to develop content-driven exhibits and visual language- Served as a liaison between the museum client and exhibit fabricator to provide progress updates and quality assurance on final exhibit graphics, physical interactives and built exhibits prior to installation- Managed interns and junior content staff

- Oversaw the day-to-day operation of the Museum’s Capital Campaign- Provided support for the Campaign Committee by generating campaign progress reports, researching potential donors and giving potential, and preparing and sending follow-up materials for solicitation meetings- Assisted with the solicitation process by conducting prospect research and creating prospect profiles, producing donor giving history reports, acknowledgments, and pledge agreements as needed. - Researched, prepared and wrote grant proposals and applications for Capital Campaign gifts. - Supported the Development Department in the planning and execution of donor cultivation events including the annual Gala fundraiser. - Performed other administrative duties as needed, including organizing and maintaining files, assisting with gift data entry and tracking in Raiser’s Edge, and training part-time employees and/or interns.

Served as general assistant to the Foundation's Executive Director; assisted with general office organization, file management, ordering supplies, answering phones, and assisting with schedule and calendar management. Transitioned, set up and managed Foundation's Raiser's Edge donor database. Assisted with preparation for Foundation Board meetings and other prospective donor meetings and events. Assisted with planning and executing the Foundation's annual Fellowship Award Dinner and Gala.
