In 2012 the commercialization of Watson brought to market decades of research in AI and natural language processing. I was privileged to be part of the early Watson journey when I was tapped to build the organization that developed people analytics and the market’s first HR-centered cognitive AI solution. Today I partner with c-suite leaders around the world, particularly Chief Human Resource Officers, to transform their business through the cognitive technology and AI-informed services.Prior to my work in digital HR transformation, I spent more than 20 years leading concept-to-commercialization on 30+ products and solutions, scaling start-up ideas, building new organizations and teams, and driving growth from research phase to multimillion-dollar businesses.
