Amazon Account (Mountain West Region) - In my previous role, I was chosen to spearhead our new business initiative in the Mountain West Region for our customer, Amazon. This role entailed overseeing $7 million in company assets and directly supervising 8 managers and 50 drivers. Our operations spanned CO, UT, NM, NV, KS, TX, and WY. Within 8 months, we achieved a 98% service rate for Amazon, the highest among third-party carriers. Additionally, we reached a significant milestone of 1 million collision-free miles across our fleet.

I was responsible for planning and overseeing approximately 5,000 loads per week to meet customer contract demands, consistently achieving a 98% on-time service rate. Additionally, I managed a cost center generating over $5 million in monthly revenue.

Amazon Account (Texas) - In my previous role, I helped facilitate, advance and refine the relationship between J.B. Hunt and Amazon. I actively planned and managed a team of 110 drivers that provide transportation services in a dedicated capacity for the world’s largest online marketplace.This role required the creation and implementation of multiple processes and procedures in order to ensure our success. Starting with no incumbents, we hired and trained 110 Class A Regional drivers. In the first 6 months of operation, this fleet produced over 99.3% on time service for the customer all while maintaining profitability. Once our fleet was established, I worked to refine our methods to ensure long term viability for the company’s relationship with Amazon.
