I am grateful to have had the opportunity to co-found my own real estate brokerage team at R New York. In roughly three years, The Miller Schackman Team has $100M in residential transactions. As a leader on the team, I am often advising and assisting my teammates, as well as delegating important priorities. Having this combined experience of entrepreneurship, leadership, and management has helped me develop as an individual, but equally as important, it has helped me work with others effectively and efficiently.Prior to my current experience as a team leader, I was at Highland Residential. There I learned the ins-and-outs of real estate transactions in New York City. From submitting offers to closing a deal, I gained the hands on knowledge that became a crucial foundation for my current role at R New York. At the Miller Schackman Team, we are truly working for our clients's best interests. We find that if we respectfully, considerately, and honestly, everything will fall in place. With the support of our clients, family, and friends, we plan to rapidly increase our sales volume and branch further into commercial real estate. There are many branches of real estate, and we want to be as knowledgeable and competent in as many as possible.I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds.
