This involved identifying and interviewing key stake holders groups within the National Guard and Reserves, the Department of Labor Veterans Program, the Department of Veterans Affairs Transition Centers and the many ESGR private sector business and human resources partner groups that are vital to delivering the ESGR mission. Our formal study guided ESGR to strengthen its ongoing activities from a loose employment initiative to a formal employment program by providing a road map to align DOD priorities and strategically move forward in a new employment arena. Our study indirectly lead to a formal DoD Reserve Affairs Employment Initiative (H2H) that I helped create and staff.On another contract I supported the Department of Defense Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program by providing program management support to over 30 Yellow Ribbon Program Specialists (YRPS) and Yellow Ribbon Reserve Component Liaisons (RCLs) across 54 States/Territories/District of Columbia. -

Castle I collaborated with the Delaware Congressional delegation to create legislative initiatives, identify funding, and conduct outreach with constituent groups and national organizations leading to obtain support and funding for key infrastructure, airlift, logistics initiatives at Dover Air Force Base (DAFB), one of Americas key bases in the Global War on Terrorism. This led to creating a strategic mix of the C-5M Super Galaxy and C-17A Globe master III Aircraft that provides 25 percent of the Nation's strategic airlift capability and projects global reach to over 100 countries around the globe. Additionally the delegation secured millions of to rebuild a larger and more efficient DAFB air freight terminal that according to DAFB is now the largest and busiest air freight terminal in the Department of Defense (DoD). In 2003, the Delegation secured vital funding to build the Charles C. Carson Center for Mortuary Affair that replaced the an outdated facility that had been in use since 1955 to identify and process the remains of over 50,000 service members and is DoD's largest joint-service mortuary facility and the only one located in the continental United States. In addition to meeting our vital national defense needs, this contributes ‘about $330 million annually to the local economy. -
