Review and analysis of application for FHA mortgage insurance (HUD 242 program) for acute care hospitals ranging from large urban teaching hospital to small rural area critical access hospitals. Credit review includes analysis of historical and projected operating results to determine debt service coverage, loan to value and other financial ratios. Detailed knowledge required of hospital utilization ratios as well as knowledge of hospital revenue sources.

Develop new territory for origination and funding of tax-exempt private placements for qualified manufacturing companies, non-profits (501 c 3) and state/local governments. Transactions primarily involved real estate financing with unrated credits. Managed multiple parties (borrower, bond counsel, conduit issuers, internal staff to complete financing in a timely manner.
