I have a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from St. Ambrose University, where I learned how to analyze, research, and communicate effectively in various settings. Before joining MBI, I was a Business Development Manager at Integrity Staffing Solutions and an Industrial Director at Nova Medical Centers, where I gained valuable experience in new business development, process improvement, and customer relationship management. I am passionate about helping my clients and associates achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
