During my summer internship I reviewed and analyzed past and current customer journey mappings and proposed new models aimed at continually improving the customer experience for lines of business. By developing a “Customer Listening Program” I assisted in ensuring bank protocols were followed to eliminate processing errors in Contact Centres and Branch Network. This information allowed me to identify and map target E2E customer journeys. In addition, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Customer Insights and Analytics team to better understand customer pain points via the Net Promoter Score (NPS) system.

For my summer start up I received a student business government grant of $3000 for my business Shine Detailing Company. I had a very successful summer and was one of the top 5 businesses selected out of 50 businesses given the grant to be spotlighted for next year’s program. My business took off in part thanks to the immersive sales and training sessions. I was selected to be featured for a Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) production titled "How I got the Keys."
