I am a rising senior at Johns Hopkins University studying biomedical engineering with a focus in genomics and systems biology and a minor in applied math and statistics. As a researcher and student advocate, I am driven by an interest in the overlap between science and law. I aim to work on matters of scientific significance from a twin background of law and science/engineering.I am also driven to create change in the accessibility of postsecondary and professional education to disabled Americans on a scale as small as the policies and practices of individual institutions and as large as advocating to national representatives to change existing federal law.I am honored to be recognized as a 2023 Lime Connect Fellow and 2024 Truman Scholar.I am considering JD and PhD graduate school routes, as well as other professional, scholarly, and civic service opportunities.
